There will be some construction work going on at the campsite during the summer, though there is nothing that will affect you as a guest during your stay here.
The roof on the main house will be rebuilt, bathroom- and kitchen renovations and later in autumn we expect work on the reception to commence.

The new website, which has been under construction since february is now finished and live. We hope it will be more easy for our guests to find the information they are looking for.

During the winter 2023/2024 a few reindeer moved to Skabram Camping, and they have now become a natural part of the campsite. Expect more events and activities with these lovely animals in the near future.

The terrace outside the service house kitchen has been slightly changed to make room for more tables and benches. There is now much better space for our camping guests to enjoy a meal under the roof outside the kitchen.

A new glamping tent has been pitched on the campsite inside one of our reindeer pens. The glamping will soon be available to book on our website and will be an exotic alternative to the cabins.

We welcome Árora to the campsite, a beautiful icelandic mare that previously lived outside Kiruna. There is now two icelandic horses, five reindeer, two rabbits, sixteen chicken a cat and a dog living on the campsite.

The old, dysfunctional Wi-Fi on the campsite has been replaced with a new mesh-network. The network reaches most areas of the campsite, but there are still some black spots.
The outgoing connection speed is still limited due to 5G limitations. The plan is to replace the 5G router with a fast fiber connection, and also to expand the mesh-network with more accesspoints.
