The winter is setting in late this year, but we can hear him knocking at our door. These last weeks we have been working hard to have everything in order before the world changes in a winter wonder land. During the cold winter it is more than pleasant to work in our small warm cheese factory.

Snow covered forests, deep frozen lakes, reindeers, dog sledding, ice fishing, cross country skiing, snowshoe hiking, ski touring and the magic Northern Lights: It’s winter in Lapland!
